Choosing to begin therapy is an important step, and I believe it’s essential that you feel fully informed and comfortable from the very beginning. Below you’ll find my current fees for counselling sessions, along with a little more about what to expect.

Counselling Sessions

£50 per session Each counselling session lasts 50 minutes and can take place face to face, over the telephone, or online via doxy.me.

 

You are welcome to choose the format that feels most comfortable for you, and this can be changed at any time as your needs evolve.
